Responsive Email Templates - Outlook Express

HTML Templates wish to use the import function on outlook express 2013+ to be able to send to individuals and to be able to modify specific text information before sending.
Problem is that when I import it, it breaks the design and when I send it to different platforms like gmail, hotmail, other outlooks etc, it does not look correct.
Looking for a solution so looks and works perfectly on all email clients when I send the email templates using the Import html on outlook 2013+.
Please note that the templates work perfectly when I send them using mailchimp.
