Apply CSS styling from existing webapp to updated webapp

We're looking for a web developer with styling/CSS experience.
A web application we use is getting an update, which changes the underlying HTML templates and layout.
We have some custom CSS to restyle the current web application. We'd like to apply some elements of this CSS to the updated web application.
This task involves changing the classes in CSS and also making some edits in the styling itself, where needed, to make it render properly.
See the attached pictures for reference of the original situation and what we need to have solved.
1 (marked in pink on the screenshots). We have a couple of menu items, which should be located in the right top.
When hovering over these items they should get slightly larger. The other menu items should remain fixed in their location and not get overlapped.
2 (marked in yellow on the screenshots). We have a div which contains some text and an icon. It needs to be displayed to the right of the logo banner.
3 (marked in red on the screenshots). We have a different style for the progress bars. The new template makes use of a different progress bar, based on the JavaScript Kendo library. We'd like to apply the current styling to these new progress bars.
