For this project, I need 1 Professional and Experienced Writer.
Writer will deliver 7 UNIQUE and ORIGINAL* articles that range from 400-450 words each on topics dealing with Lead Generation.
Content will be published on the web, however, there's no need for keyword SEO. Nonetheless, writer should be somewhat familiar Latent Semantic Indexing and topical theme writing in order to write about the topics using related words.
All articles must be unique and original. The tone must be friendly and the content informative. They must be written in American english with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure like that found in a popular american magazine. If you cannot write at this level, DO NOT bid on this project.
If awarded the project you can research from any source, but the articles you deliver must be totally original and adhere to all copyright laws. If you are not familiar with U.S. copyright law - don't bid. All content will be checked for plagiarism.
I will NOT accept the following:
NO SCRAPING content <-- No!
NO Plagiarism <-- No!
NO Fluff (useless and unnecessary filler content) <--No!
NO "SPINNING" (replacing words with synonyms) <-- No!
NO Compiling (using sentences or bits of text from other articles to complile 1 new article)
NO Throwing together of content to try to fool or game the search engines
NO submitting articles that you've already submitted somewhere else
Please submit a sample of your work with your bid. I expect the articles you submit to match the quality of your samples.
Your work IS SUBJECT to my approval. If I need revisions and/or corrections, I will ask for them and expect you to make necessary changes.
## Deliverables
1) Quality of writing: All English writing-related deliverables MUST be of grammatical, structural and logical quality commensurate with written English in a professional journal. If you are a non-native English speaker you are HIGHLY CAUTIONED AGAINST bidding, unless you are 100% certain that you can provide this level of writing -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Writing Copyright: All deliverables MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full and complete copyrights to.
2a) You may not quote material from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must surround that material with quotes and cite the source with enough detail so it can be verified.
2b) You may not paraphrase from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must follow generally accepted standards for paraphrasing. Merely rearranging words and phrases from another source is considered plagiarism and is illegal. To correctly paraphrase, you should read the original and then close the book/source so you cannot see it and then write the entire material from scratch using your own words. (Note: Paraphrasing is legal by U.S. law when the work is considered "Fair Use"...which generally means it will NOT be used commercially and ONLY for educational purposes. On the other hand, if you may know or suspect the work may not be "Fair Use", please inform or consult with Rent a Coder.)
2c) If you infringe any copyright you will forfeit all escrowed funds under the terms of "fraud" in your contract and may have your account suspended. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT, unless you fully understand United States copyright law and it's ramifications to you.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.
4) Under no circumstance will service provider use any of the written work for this project in any other future written work or for any other buyer in the future.
5)All work provided for buyer and any relationship formed with buyer within the scope of this project is to be kept strictly confidential.
