Trout Receipe Book

I'm after a book on ways to cook trout (rainbow, brown, brook and ocean). It's a bonus to add to an existing product, so I'm not expecting something huge - probably 30 - 40 pages max.

## Deliverables

**Each recipe should have**

*the name of the recipe

*ingredients to be used in imperial measurements

*method of cooking

*how many people it serves

I would like as many recipes as possible - the book will eventually be titled '101 ways to cook trout' or '50 ways to cook trout' depending on how many we can get in. **In your quote please tell me how many recipes you can come up with for the price**

The book needs to be in English.

**Platform:** The book needs to be in MS Word.

1) I would like to see an example of the first couple of methods to make sure you are on the right track, before you do any further work. I find that's a good way to cut down on re-work.

2) I’ll review and approve the book to make sure it's within specification.

3) I’ll retain complete ownership and copyright and have exclusive right to use all work on my website and for direct mail.

4) It doesn’t matter to me if you use content from other websites to give you ideas for writing, just don’t copy the content and infringe on a copyright. All work must MUST BE ORIGINAL ….
