I'm currently in need of a reliable and professional individual in Singapore who can assist me with preparation of specific tasks for my wedding day and coordinates them then. Ideally, someone with a knack for ensuring things run smoothly, ultimately contributing to a memorable occasion. It will be a very small gathering, only 7 people.
Your responsibilities on the day will primarily consist of:
- Overseeing the timeline to ensure everything moves according to the plan
- managing transport
- Coordinating with vendors on demand.
Although the exact tasks will be specified closer to the day, prior experience in wedding day coordination or event management will be highly advantageous. Effective communication and meticulous attention to detail are prerequisites for this role.
