CakePHP HABTM Insert/View/Edit Help

I need this project completed quickly. I have a CakePHP web application that has a HABTM relationship to a table that has multiple deep hasMany and hasOne relationships. Essentially I need 1 form to add/edit the records as they relate to one another.
Example.
Applications=>ApplicationsCustomers=>Customers
Applications=>ApplicationStatus (hasOne)
Applications=>Campaigns (hasOne)
Applications=>Campaigns=>Organizations (hasOne)
Customers=>CustomerAddresses (hasMany)
Customers=>CustomerJobs (hasMany)
Customers=>CustomerEmails (hasMany)
Customers=>CustomerPhones (hasMany)
I am a fairly competent Cake developer but I am overwhelmed with many projects and need help completing this task. I can offer detailed information and a PNG that has exactly what I need. But I really need this task completed by Monday Morning Los Angeles.
Please bid accordingly. I hired a developer last week that solicited my on CraigsList and he has strung me along for a week and he finally delivered a procedural php script is not usable for my application.
