Outlook Signature Generator Form

Hello, we are a company of 10 employees, but expecting to grow more soon.

I would like to start automating a few stuff.

I will start by creating an executable file (.exe) *THAT SHOULD BE SAFE AND MARKED SAFE*

This executable file is a Signature Generator that will allow the employee to input predefined fields such as name, mobile number, ... ( will predefine later on) and will generate his signature based on the company signature format I already defined.

The file will generate the outlook signature which is mainly I guess 3 files (.txt, .htm, .rtf) and copy it directly to Outlook Signature Folder (e.g. Users\USER1\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures) and the signature will then be ready to use directly when the user launches Outlook

The installer should be a simple window where user will input the data. Simple design required and I will provide the signature

* I need the code to be given with the Working App that will be tested for future edits*

* I might edit the code later on without giving notice or paying extra fees to coder*

* I need to know which programming language was used also*
