Need a developer who can develop an Automatic Meter Reading for Prepaid Electricity Meters Using the IEC 62056-21 Optical port on the meter. The reading of the meter should happen using a WinCE 6.0 and Compact framework 3.5 /4.0. Source code should be supplied preferably in a [login to view URL] language like vb.net or c#. Information that needs to be read is simply, balance available in the prepaid meter, and last known STS tokens entered. Also required will be to enter in new tokens into the meter using the source code to be provided.
