Urgent: Female Call Centre Executives Needed

We are a btl-specialised company operating across Mena. We are currently seeking experienced, energetic, and team-oriented female outbound call center executives to join our growing operations. Must have Call Centre experience of minimum 1 year and be on own visa, student or spouse. Must travel to Barsha Heights
The successful candidate will undertake the following (included but not limited to):
· Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop a strategic plan to achieve the desired business development targets.
· Collect, analyze and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing the customer experience.
· Plan, design and implement process improvements to ensure a high quality of customer interaction and experience.
· Generate monthly business development reports and present to the senior leadership team.
· Achieve standards and monitor progress against targets; support cross-departmental communication; and provide relevant information to the department in a timely manner with minutes being taken at each meeting.
· Develop and implement KPIs to support them to ensure they achieve their KPIs.

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month + Incentive
