Second hand Shed needed a certificate of structural adequacy

We're erecting a second shed at 43 Whites road, Salisbury North, we have submitted all the necessary forms at the Salisbury council and paid for it but needed a certificate of structural adequacy. The application was granted but missing a certificate from a qualified structural [login to view URL] bought the shed at the south and whereabouts of owners no longer known coz the block of land was already subdivided. We rang the Ongparinga council but no records was on their file.
