Need a Luis Chat Bot integrtaed with Azure Bot Framework, sharepoint, Bing Search and MS CRM Dynamics 365.

The bot should be able to understand the user questions and answer relatively. If not in Luis it should search for documents in sharepoint, if not in sharepoint it should go for Bing serach, if not in bing search it should Raise a ticket in the CRM portal.
