Autodesk REVIT , building model from Point cloud data

This Project involves the 3D modelling of a supplied Laser scanned point cloud in Autodesk Revit.

This is the second part of a project. The first part is currently being worked on. The Revit model from the first part will be available to integrate into this second half.

You need to be highly skilled in the use of point clouds in Autodesk Revit and converting the point cloud to an accurate model.

The laser scan is of a pumping pit in a water treatment works and is not that complicated, but it needs to be modelled accurately. It comprises of three rooms, an access room which is about 10m deep and 6m across. Connected to this room are two further rooms which contain pipework and [login to view URL] is some handrail and a few brackets. You will need to accurately model the concrete walls including all entries and hatches, include pipework and flanges, and other small brackets and ducting.

Please note that access was restricted when carrying out the scanning on this facility so you need to refer to the supplied engineering documents, descriptions and photographs to ensure the model is built as accurately as is possible withe the information available.

The coloured point cloud is available in an RCS and RCP project file with accompanying 360 colour photographs.

I have compiled a comprehensive report outlining the requirements with detailed photographs what needs to be modelled and in what level of detail (and what does not need to be modelled) which should allow you to estimate time to model.

I could also supply the registered and georeferenced fls file if required.

The RCS point cloud is not georeferenced to GPS coordinates. However the supplied REVIT model of the first part of the project is georeferenced and it is expected that the model you will produce is aligned to the supplied model...giving a final aligned model.

I need a fixed price to model the point cloud, with a time scale of about 7 days.

The Model needs to be compatible with REVIT 2015.

I would need several pdf prints of sectional views showing the model and the point cloud aligning correctly before releasing payment.

I have other projects like this coming up if this project proves to be successful.
