I'm seeking a Jira expert to help with various aspects of our Jira platform. Although I'm not sure about the specific version we are using, we have more than 50 users on the platform.
Key tasks include:
- Customization of workflows: We need to optimize our workflows to improve efficiency and streamline our processes.
- User permissions setup: Our current user permissions need to be reviewed and adjusted. We need a clear, secure and logical system in place.
- Configuration of issue types and fields: We require the creation and configuration of new issue types and fields to better fit with our project management needs.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Jira administration, particularly for larger teams. It's important to have a strong understanding of Jira's capabilities and how to tailor them to specific business requirements. A proven track record in workflow customization, user permissions management, and issue configuration is essential.
