We need an ASP Programmer to create code that will use form submitted data to populate database and create PDF using ASPPDF ([url removed, login to view]) and/or Active PDF Tools ([url removed, login to view]).
Programmer must have skills to design database to meet the required tasks. A very good knowledge of PDF technology and fonts is very much a plus.
Please quote a per hour rate and estimated hours to create:
HTML Form with 30 fields
database to hold data for all fields plus some user info (MS Access may be used to model the data)
ASPPdf virtual PDF displaying submitted reults in plain english
e-mail (asp-email) forwarding the results to administrator.
