Social Media App & Website Update with Facebook Integration

We currently have a Website that allows for reservations to venues for VIP guest lists. Users can make reservations on the website, or by using a custom coded iPhone or Android App. The Apps are native coded for the handsets and the website is written in ASP.NET using a SQL database.
For the next generation, we want to convert the website into an HTML5 based website, and make it compatiable with the handsets elminating the need for the custom coded handset Apps, and instead, have a single unified code base that runs on the server, but can also be used on the iPhone, iPad, Android or BlackBerry phones using the HTML5 interface. The HTML5 interface should use the layout currently used on the Handset Apps. All artwork will be provided.
We currently have a development server up and running a backup copy of the database so that the new version can be tested without affecting live data. The server is running on an Amazon EC2 instance under windows.
For the next generation, we also want to add some new features to the App including:
- Facebook Integration
- Like
- Friends
- Connect
- Login with Facebook
- Reward Points System
- Calendar Export of Reservations (iCal, Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Geo-location Ticket Redemption
