Need to Create Simple Android Application (Just one Screen) from C# Code

Target code is required in android.
Exact same functionality is required.
Look how boxes change when you add space in between any word written in small textboxes generated.
Look how boxes change when you add space in the complete text that is written in the single large text box.
Lastly look if you add new line new row is created that also have the same behavior.
This should definitely map to android edit text
