Native Mobile app development for android and ios

We need 3 mobile apps - one app is consumer facing while the other 2 apps are admin facing. The 2 admin facing apps will be on android only while the consumer facing app will be done for ios as well as android.
We want to use firebase realtime database for the backend.
The consumer facing app has about 20 screens while the admin side apps have about 15 screens each. The app is for the retail sector and has features like loyalty rewards, gift cards and more.
Sending push notifications from admin to consumers or sets of consumers is an important part of the app.

Since the apps are native, you will need good expertise in android development, ios development in addition to firebase expertise.
