I recently posted a free QR code reader app on Android. Need some help in getting it noticed in the user community in terms of rating. Will pay $10 for 20 new 5-star ratings within 7 day period. Want the 20 users to download, rate and use it at least once. Do you know or can influence 20 Adroid users to download and rate a free app?
