Configuring and making changes to the Subscribe to Comments Reloaded plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.4.2

The site has 131 active plugin.

I am using on test site the plugin the Subscribe to Comments Reloaded plugin

There are several things I need configured in the the plugin:

a. The text of the email notifying on a new comment is aligned to the left. I need the email to be aligned to the right.

b. I need that in the bottom of the notification email there will be a link to an unsubscription page. The unsubscription page, and the confirmation page that follows unsubscription will be made to display Hebrew wording I will supply.

c. Under each post there will be a link that will allow to subscribe to comments of this post without commenting. The form for leaving an email and the conformation page it leads to will be made to display Hebrew wording I will supply.

Work of the freelancer should allow for future upgrades of the plugin and the theme without effecting the work done.

Work will be done on a test site, and when successful on a live site.

Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid
