Add Auto-Language Translate to Wordpress Plugin

We have an existing Wordpress Plugin. We would like to add some kind of auto translate feature to it, so it would detect the visitors location and adjust language..google translate or something.

Admin should also be able to set default language on the back end of plugin and disable it.
