Captcha decoder (1465427)

Hello, I would like an bot/program that automatically decode CAPTCHA images during registration etc stages of any website. I have a a overall idea of how to go about it and need a programmer who can program it so it can be used in real time on a list of websites. The basic idea is to process the image in such a way that it first eliminates the background noise/lines, then divides the CAPTCHA image into 6 or 8 squares (depends) of equal sizes. Later it goes about tracing the shape of the letters in each square recognizing it as an alphabet for which it matches 70 % or more and the uses the unused portion in recognizing the next letter.

If you have any other idea on how to go about it, you welcome to implement it. The goal is to to have a working captcha recognition program that is able to register itself and-- post automated messages(this will be implemented later by modifying the program in another project which i will post on this site later).
