I will provide the PSD / Design files and required a responsive, mobile friendly, website to be created and have a simple CMS behind it for updating each of the relevant areas. Happy to use a bootstrap theme but the CMS must be very simple to use and with great functionality!
Overall - The key thing with this is to limit the the website to the main section of pixels that are always present on a website. That is: 800 px
The area outside this area should be responsive. The main section of pixels stays the same, but the area outside expands. If the window drops below 800px, then the content adjusts. Its just how you make sure things stay consistent.

This is the landing page. Without having any real content, it has the 'who are you' slide and the 'contact us slide.'

This is the Shop owners site. It should instantly scroll down to the video and start playing.
With the 'Your new tool!' section, the iPhone screen will display relevant parts of the app and the little headers will drop down when you click on them for the people that want to read. For the example of 'increased foot traffic.' The little arrow can close it if need be.
WHAT ABOUT MY CUSTOMERS will not expand until clicked - then will be shown.
For the chart, the headers (Goffr, pay per click etc etc) should lock as you scroll down. Similar to when you scroll down on the apple site, the types of iPads lock up as you scroll. [login to view URL]
Once the chart is complete the headers scroll up with the page.

This is the Shoppers site. It should instantly scroll down to the video and start playing.
The 'WHY GOFFR IT' Section will highlight key sections of the app when you click on the appropriate heading, as well as displaying the brief description of the app. When nothing is clicked, you have this space for more pictures or just a general overview.
The brands (if there are enough) should be a carrousel, very similar to Cupcakecentral's one on their site. [login to view URL] when you look at their instagram feed.
