Build a social profiles management .NET MVC5 webapp

Application aims to be a platform where users can manage multiple social profiles in a single view (somewhat like Hootsuite) and then setup some simple notifications.
It should be designed and implemented as a pleasant and a manageable dashboard (or think of TweetDeck as an example).
Idea is to be focused on Twitter and Facebook in this project. We can possibly expand on the idea at later stages (with consequent projects).
Requirements:
1. It should allow users to manage multiple accounts (more than one for each) from Facebook and Twitter simultaneously.
2. Once users authorize the app, provide users the capability to enable notification emails. So, obviously users' tokens will need to be maintained.
3. There should be near realtime update of the feeds. So, rely on streaming APIs as much as possible.
4. It should be .NET MVC5 app.
