Developer or Team of Developers with Extensive eCommerce Experience

The current project requires the implication of a developer or a team of developers with a specific skill-set as outlined below:
- extensive knowledge with PrestaShop, Magento, or any other e-commerce platform that offers core-file customization (i.e. is not a hosted service, like BigCommerce, Volusion, Shopify, etc. as they do not grant access to their system's core files and therefore, complex modifications cannot be brought to the system);
- excellent ability to modify the above-chosen e-commerce platform's core files. Plugin development is a must as a lot of custom functionality will be brought to the platform.
Please note that it's not necessary to utilize an e-commerce platform for this project, but Phase 1.0 of this project encompasses a great number of standard e-commerce platform functionality: catalog management, order tracking, user registration, user tiers, shopping cart price rules, etc. (as a result, it might be efficient to use an e-commerce platform to speed up Phase 1.0). Phase 2.0 encompasses some complex modifications to the way a regular e-commerce website processes payments and, as a result, the developer or team appointed to the project will need to either build the system from scratch or have the knowledge required to modify the core-components of an e-commerce platform to accommodate the functional requirements.
External Integration Requirements:
- ability to integrate a website with "QuickBooks Enterprise Pro 13" to support data export to QuickBooks (mandatory! Project cannot be concluded without this integration);
- newsletter integration with the "MyEmma" e-mail newsletter service;
- integration with an external payment gateway that allows STORING a user's credit card information. The system we are building requires automatic charging of a user's credit card when certain events occur (mandatory! Project cannot be concluded without this integration).
