Convert a Template to a Website

I have a Wordpress Template (U-Design - it's on ThemeForest) and need someone to shape it up how I need it. Minimal customization needed and no copy written or anything - I really just can't get the home page to work right. I know what components I want where - just need someone to do it. Would also include doing a Revolution Slider on homepage.
