We require a HTML e-Commerce theme converted to an Fully-Functional OpenCart Template.

Requirements:
- The theme must be compatible with OpenCart 1.5.4.1 and 1.5.5.1x. Prioritise the latest version first.
- All the buttons etc must be expandable due to different language options.
- All the code must be commented in english.
- No static links, follow OpenCart standard.
Deadline: As soon as possible.
Communication is very important and we prefer Skype. Please ask as many questions as you want, it's important that everything works as we want.
