Build an online store with a custom printing application

Hi, I am wanting to know if anybody could work with me to create an online store for novelty and party supplies that the user can select a product and then design a custom print to overlay over the product?
I would like the customer to be able to add text of different fonts and colours, add outlines and adjust the width around text and also add pictures and have the ability to crop, size and rotate them.
After designing the image file, I need them to be able to place and position it on the prouct.
When they are happy, I need them to be able to give a quantity and shipping details and make payment, before the website sends me the information for printing, and dispatching.
Any suggestions about what you can and can't do in this process would be great!.
