Design logo & Search Engine Homepage

We are looking for a web designer to create a logo and design the home page for a Property Rental search engine. The search engine script has already been installed on our server. We just need the homepage and logo designed now.
You must upload design and logo to our server and make sure the design and links are laid out and configured as you see in our rough mock-up below:

You will need to do 2 to 3 logo designs for us to choose from.
If you are confident enough to create a sample design on your server prior to us awarding the project then you will have a BIG advantage over Freelancers who simply show us their portfolios. If we like the sample design you create on your server – WE WILL AWARD YOU THE PROJECT!
We are willing to pay $30 - $100 for this project.
We need this very simply 1 page website + Logo finished ASAP!
We will deposit money in escrow after awarding you the project but we will only release the escrow when the job has been installed on our server and we are happy with the job.
