Copy content from one site to another (WP) site

Copying all the content from this site [url removed, login to view] to my new WP site [url removed, login to view], using the Doover theme just installed but not tweaked yet. About 25 to 30 pages, mostly simple content. Home page will need some work, which I will do. The main thing here is to estimate how long it will take to copy and paste the content across into pages at [url removed, login to view] and check links between pages.
The look and feel is quite different but we just need to map a similar menu structure so visitors can navigate okay.
With the source site at [url removed, login to view], there is no login access, as I am licensing the sub-domain version of all the content.
