BASIC Website Design

I need a basic website built for the SDSU psychology club and psi chi honors society.

I want only two pages made:

A home page, and a basic template page that I can duplicate and add content to for all the other pages as I need them.

I also would like the pages to be put on wordpress so I can manage and update them.

I WOULD LIKE A BASIC BASIC MOCH UP OF THE HOME PAGE. Aesthetics is important to me. The best looking design is the one I will choose. No content necessary in the mock up, im just looking for style. I would like the colors to coordinate with the sample header I attached (the maroon, white, beige one).

I attached a basic format for the webpage, but I am open to suggestions. I have a header being made, so I will provide that as soon as I choose a designer.

Once again, NO MOCH UP, NO JOB. Im sorry but it is the only way I can gauge your abilities. I will only use your material if i choose you as the designer.
