App designer(repost)

We are looking for a designer and coder for an app (android and iphone).

This App (extended specs are available) this for shoppers of a department stor. This shop has all kind of co owners (shops). Shoppers get offers from all shops of the department store. The App has a cms back end for all shop owners to upload offers/info. For the shopper its a kind of ad paper (like groupon) with ads/offers.

We are looking for a designer and coder.

Required is a a great understanding of interaction design and experience in building/designing app.
