clean CSS/html code to place text in an image

I have 2 images that represent a coupon.
Image 1 is a full coupon with text areas.
Image 2 is the blank template.
I need you to code me a using clean HTML5 code and CSS that will take the blank template image and populate it with text so that it looks close to image 1.
Image 1 also contains a QR CODE that is exactly 100 x 100 to go in the bottom right corner.
You will need to create all the text areas and position them correct.
TOP TEXT AREA: 3 lines long, centered, use some padding
ADDRESS TEXT AREA: 4 lines long. The lines should be allowed to go all the way accross, but with some padding
EXPIRES TEXT AREA: Just 1 line, smaller font.
QR CODE: An area that is 100 x 100 on the bottom right corner.
Final product should be HTML code and CSS code.
