Adding a rectangle on DXF drawing & delete all lines outside

This is a simple standalone program. No VBA.

I need to make a form that will:

1- Change the background color of the DXF drawing.

2- View, Zoom and Pan DXF drawing.

3- Add a rectangle to the zoomed DXF drawing.

4- Delete all lines outside of that rectangle.

Much more work and bigger project with 500$ budget to come based on this program later on.

Again, this is a standalone program. No VBA.
