After Effects Color template

I have a poster for the film that I would like to use as a template for video. It's a grainy 2-tone, blue/white effect that I would like to apply to a 30sec video clip. It shouldn't be too difficult to match the effect on the poster to a similarly created effect in After Effects.
The final deliverable should be the after effects session so I can process the video myself.
