Create a Word template with non-printable images

This is a extremely easy work for the right person.

I need to create a Microsoft Word document with two images inside. One of that images has to be visible on screen (that is, when showing Microsoft Word document on the screen), but it musn't print on the printer (so this image shoudn't be printed despite it is on the document and visible on screen).

To resume, both images will be visible on the document at screen, but only one of them will be printed.

I need an example of how to create that, not the document itself.

Added to clarify:

So what I need is a single document with 2 images, but when printing, only one of them (for example the second) is printed, however, the space of the "invisible" image (for example the first) still stays.

The reason for that is for integrating with a program who generates labels. Some labels has an image directly on the sheet, so I need to show that image to user on screen, but I don't want to print because that image is still pre-printed. I know is possible to disable all images for printing on a document, but user can insert their own images, and user images must be printed.

Some times (most of times) there are more than one label on the sheet, and also there are some pre-printed labels that has more than one image (for example, one image at the left and one on the right.

I attach a .docx file with an example of that. The lion, as well and the frog would be the preprinted images, so neither of that two images should be printed. However, the horse has to be printed. Also, please note that the user-content can surround the non-printable images. Please let me know if I haven't explained very well.
