System for establishing a telemedicine session, compatible with DICOM and HL7 standards, able to establish two-way communication of audio, motion video, still images and data in real time or deferred (store & forward), a system Remote telemedicine.
It should drive through a single control panel, which must be able to select and display to display, simply, the images and patient data obtained from the different biomedical peripherals (eliminating the need for remote controls). It contains ensure that the different components interact telemedicine system. Selects and processes the audio, video and data from different teams; both videoconferencing, such as biomedical computer or peripheral, whether analog or digital signals to be deployed or transmitted to the appropriate device.
At The control panel the doctor can easily operate the telemedicine system. the system have to integrate the functions of "real time" and "store and forward" in allowing Teleconsulta exchange information in the best way possible.
