Build database progam

I need a database program to manage my ultra-massive files. I currently use Lotus Approach - super easy to use - but the dbase files are limited to 2gb, so I need to upgrade my file size capability to unlimited.

My two biggest files are (csv) 100 million plus usa consumers with fields shown below, and 20 million usa businesses with dozens of fields. Currently I have to open them one state at a time - but I want to be able to see and manipulate all states at one time.

I would prefer not to go with sql, as I don't need all the bells and whistles - but I do need "unlimited" file size... I just need to be able to sort, search/find either one field or multiple for keywords, export, suppress.

That's about it...

1. process fast

3. basic search functions - including suppress

4. simple to use
