Customize a WooCommerce/Wordpress site

Need someone to help customize this wordpress/woocommerce site. Small this here and there needed to be done. Please tell me your hourly rate.
1. Title pages to show Home, Gel Polish, Nail Polish, Lotion, Prep & Tools, Sale, Blog, Contact (I want "about us" to be somewhere at the bottom where most websites would put that and faq, terms and conditions, etc.) - if you think that is too much then I'm fine with leaving blog and contact at the bottom. I'll add the brands in at the bottom
2. Instead of must have, best seller, and special offers, I want it to be newly added and best sellers
3. Please change the thumbnails so that I can fit 5 to a row
4. I'd also like the customer to have option to view products 30-60-all, or whichever you think it most appropriate.
5. On the current site, the brands and actual products are all cap - please change it to regular
Brands
Gel - Cuccio, Entity, CND Shellac, Lechat, IBD, Ink (Glitz & Glam)
Polish - OPI, Essie, China Glaze, Orly, Nicole by OPI, Sation, IBD, Chelsea, Verity, Shellac
Lotion - Avojuice (will add more later)
Prep & Tools - Buffer, Clipper, Filer (will add more later)
For the sale section, I'm hoping there is a way that I can just mark an item as sell and it will automatically end up there?
