• The project was for resolving 125 open tickets left after the original implementation company pulled off the project.

System audit and identification of the flaws which needs to be corrected.

• Suggesting best practices to correct identified flaws.

• Interaction with customer and their business partners for solving the issues.

• Interaction with all modules consultants for trouble shooting of the issues.

• Configuring the system as per the processes mapped in the To Be documents
