Convert pptx to fully functioning online presentation.

Hello, I have a powerpoint file which was created using a number of imbedded videos. I now need this file converted to a web format so that the presentation can be used by other people online. The online version must retain all of the videos and other elements built into the original presentation, including allowing for advancing from one slide to the next. Unfortunately, I don't have the full version of Ispring which I used to create the sample, so need someone to do this conversion for me with using Ispring, Adobe Premiere or other conversion software.
Please tell me what you are going to use to convert this file. General replies that simply say that you have the skills will not be considered.
