Create Photorealistic Renderings of an addition to a Temple

I have two images of an existing building. In each image I would like to have the proposed addition modeled/photoshoped in to create a photorealistic rendering. I have autocad files that show the proposed addition. I have a model started in Revit if you would need it. I would prefer to have the model in Revit for use to create the proposed addition but if you can do it without Revit it would be ok.
