A exakt facebook clone

I want a exact clone of [url removed, login to view] with multilanguage support and a admin(all text on site must be editable) backend but with better and new design. The solution shuld handle 3party plugins like facebook does today. All the functions shall be the same. Open for ideas to new functions aswell.

The programming shall be build logical and be well documented with description in the programming code.

Programming shuld be with PHP,JAVA SCRIPT, AJAX.
