Theme/ template is a simple two columns Blog, which have Christmas feel and graphics.
We need 20 themes.
The plugin has been installed in the sites. You don't need to buy it.
Our Budget is $100/ theme. So, you will get $2,000 for 20 themes.
FULL RIGHTS is on us, because we will sell all the themes.

The WP Plugin need to be used when creating the themes. It's for our clients, so they can edit the theme by themselves after they buy it. It's reduce a lot of headache for us in the future.
