Copy of website [login to view URL] - Wordpress platform

I am looking for someone who would create a copy of website [url removed, login to view] but I would like it to work on wordpress platform. It would be very basic with the following features:

[url removed, login to view] would need to register (email confirmation needed)

[url removed, login to view] inside they can add unlimited number of ads ... in order to post they need to select a category, upload photo(s) + description (see [url removed, login to view] website)

[url removed, login to view] are never deleted, but they do get a special Ad expired sign over photo

[url removed, login to view] needs to be generated automatically (even if there are over 10.000 posts)

[url removed, login to view] needs to be similar or the same and we’ll change it later

[url removed, login to view] to the add there will be a “featured ad” option… they will be able to pay $1 (through paypal) in order for their ad to be at the top of category they selected...

So it’s a very basic copy of the website which should work on wordpress platform. The website should be developed in English language but we’ll translate everything to different language later.
