Customizable Turn-key Business Website

We are an Internet Business coaching company. We want to create either a software-based, or a web-based solution that builds a website for them using certain parameters, while allowing certain defined opportunities for customization. Most of the people we deal with are not computer/internet saavy, wo it has to be a very simple interface. This is what's required: customizable autoresponder, integration of a few scripts we already have, the ability to add/change content on the website in realtime, everytime we get a new student, their unique affiliate URLs need to be automatically inserted into the prewritten copy we give them, the ability to change design templates, autoresponder opt-in boxes need to be automatically connected to their account, easy FTP interface, ability to add new content pages through the control panel, and a few other bells and whistles. You don't have to be a graphic designer, but if you are all the better. We are interested in getting this project completed as soon as possible.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

3)Before a bid is accepted, you (as the programmer) and us (Connect to Success) must agree upon a timeline, and the appropriate terms and conditions that will dicate the process of completing this project. We have a need for this project to be completed as soon as possible, however we have never made this kind of request, so we are open to discussing the requirements and the process necessary to make this a successful project.

## Platform

If possible the interface would be a web-based, password protected, control panel compatible with all the major web browsers. However if it would be better to be developed as a software program, we are open to this. If it can be compatible with XP and Mac, all the better.
