custom PHP project

We have a new project, it's a big project and everything must be done as per function design.

We need clean code, semantic HTML/CSS, User friendly scripting.

Build in OOP PHP 5, well commented code.

Please read our document carefully and make sure it can be finished within the timeframe!

The deadline is VERY IMPORTANT, any delay will not be accepted.

Deadline Beta release 18th February 2013.
