Project consists of sub-projects
1. I have a web site that operates in two languages: Russian and English. I reserved a name for the website that will operate only in Russian and would like to point to the hosting directory that will bring items and other text in Russian but pictures and other processes should be shared between them, unless it will be much easier to host the Russian web site separately.
2. When the customer who resides outside of US makes an order we notify them of the shipping charges we would like to issue invoice with shipping charges and let the customer pay for everything together either by credit card or Paypal.
3. We would like to change the bank were credit card payments are going.
4. Disclaimer does not appear on the website
5. Remove certain items from the main banner.
5. OsCommerce admin panel does not work properly, displays some errors
6. Orders paid with PayPal do not appear on Admin panel
7. We would like to create a website that will only display wholesale prices currently stored in our database
