Design html e-flyer for distribution

I am looking for someone to design an e-flyer for the launch of a new website. This should be the sort of email that displays correctly in Outlook with images and text. If for any reason a person has images blocked in their outlook then an online version should be made available to view. I need some real quality work that sticks to the brand guidelines I will supply, along with email copy and charity logo. I need to see three different variations of the e-flyer so our team can choos their favourite. I would also need the raw image file supplying as out logo might change in the future and we might need to make an amendment. This work is realtively urgent and ideally it needs completing by Monday - Tuesday next week (done over the next 3-4 days). Please only contact me if you are a skilled quality designer who has a lot of experience in e-flyer design for mass distribution. Future work is possible if we find the right person. I'll pay up to $250 for the right person, but communication needs to be excellent, as should the standard of work and delivery.
