Create theme for skadate script

I have a dating website based on skadate script and i need a new custom eye-catching theme.

I need you to integrate that as well to my website.

Further on that i need some modifications as well:

1) make location field the same as [url removed, login to view]

2) Display either the login form or sign up at the index page based on cookies

3) auto detect language based on browser's language

4) possibility to choose and display thumbnails for games

5) invite friends( facebook and email's contacts)

6) possibility to upload photos from Facebook's albums
