Joomla availability calendar accommodations
I am developing a website for tourists with information about accommodations., I use Joomla as CMS. The accommodations are:
• Hotels
• Apartments
• Studios
• And some more.
What I am looking for is a programmer who can create:
• Availability calendar
For every single accommodation there is an availability calendar. This calendar will be placed in a Joomla article with an iframe. The calendar can also be placed on the website of the accommodation itself with iframe.
o The owner of the accommodation can edit his calendar by login-in in into a secure environment.
o There are a lot of existing availability calendars. Its allowed to use an existing one but the search function as described below has to work.
• Search module
Search module to search accommodations with fields: arrival date, departure date and type accommodation.
o The search result shows the available accommodations of the accommodation type the user searches for. This will be a list of Joomla articles of available accommodations! The articles of accommodation with no availability will not be shown.
You will need to create the link with the search module the article of the accommodation and the availability of this accommodation
o The list of Joomla articles will be only intro’s of the accommodations (not the full article)
o When there is no availability a suggestion for another date will be shown
o Multilanguage (site is created in joomla 1.7)
Booking
There is no booking form! The owner of the accommodation edits his calendar by login-in in a secure environment.
There is only 1 availability calendar per accommodation. When a hotel has 10 rooms and only 9 are booked it shows: available in the calendar.
